      <image:caption>90-Day Manager Onboarding Program: The 90-day onboarding program was designed to offer role-specific content in a blended delivery model, providing some peer-to-peer interaction in the early stages. Further on in the process, learners were guided to access content online. The content was initially rolled out to existing managers and directors as part of a pilot program, then implemented companywide as a requirement to all new managers. The results far exceeded past processes and expectations, showing significant increase in client and employee retention and satisfaction.</image:caption>
